Membership Administration Policy

Membership Notifications

  1. A Membership Notification is a message from the Board of Directors, a Membership Director, or Membership Committee to one or more enfranchised members. The message type can vary between(depending on contact details available): email, U.S. Postal mail, phone call, SMS text message, or announcement on the Club Website
  2. Notifications shall be sent to individual enfranchised members whenever:
    1. New or renewing membership application has been accepted.
    2. Membership expiration is within 30-days.
    3. Membership expiration date has passed.

Membership Reporting

  1. Club Membership status shall be reported at every Board of Directors meeting. Specifically, the status shall include at minimum:
    1. Count of active members, categorized by membership type
    2. Count of new/renewed memberships in last 30-days
    3. Count of memberships that expired in the last 30 days
    4. Count of memberships expiring in the next 30 days
  2. Club Officers shall have capabilities of generating membership reports on demand, including:
    1. All membership details
    2. Names of active members
    3. Names of lapsed memberships
    4. Transaction history for each member
